هذا اليوم دجـــاج مشوي أو سمك مشوي يمكنك أن تأكل في هذا اليوم مايعادل 280-500 جرام من الدجاج أو ‏السمك ‏
بلأضافه إلى علبه من معجون الطماطم أو (6) حبات طماطم بدلا من المعجون حاول أن تشرب في هذا اليوم ‏

يتم تقطيع الخضروات إلى قطع ويتم وضعها في قدر مناسب على النار بعد أن يضاف إليها الماء أن تغطيها ثم ‏يضاف الى المقدار كيس الشوربه والبهارات والملح حسب الطلب تغلى الشوربه (10 ) دقائق على نار عاليه ‏وبعدين تخفض النار على نار واطيه حتى تصبح الخضروات طريه
